The CCH Australian Corporations Legislation has been updated for recent amendments, detailed below, which are now available online.
The government has released Corporations Amendment Regulation 2013 (No 4) (the Regulation), which makes a number of amendments to the Corporations Regulations 2001.

In response to the uncertainty caused by the introduction of the PPSA, five major Australian law firms collaborated to draft a suggested standard for the core provisions to be included in a General Security Agreement.
