Ms. Abramson most recently served as President and CEO of CCH Tax & Accounting, North America. Karen Abramson succeeds Mr. Kevin Robert, who will be retiring as of September 2013.

Established in 1985, Prosoft is one of the largest tax and accounting software solutions providers in Brazil, with 250 employees, and serving all 27 states.

CCH signs new Australia New Zealand MD
