All prices shown below include GST and are in Australian dollars.

Books

Domestic

• $14 per book order up to a total of 5 books.
• $28.00 per book order of 6 - 20 books.
• For orders of the same copy over 20, please contact CCH Support

Overseas

• $30 per book - up to a total of 20 books.

Loose-leafs

Loose-leaf delivery & handling charges are included in the unit prices shown on the website. The prices quoted below include GST and are for new print subscriptions.

 CD-Rom Subscriptions

Domestic

• $15.40 per CD order up to a total of 5 CDs.
• $26.78 for order of 6 - 20 CDs.
• For orders over 20 CDs a charge of $1.13 applies for each CD e.g 30 CDs * $1.13 = $33.90.

Overseas

• $30.90 per CD - up to a total of 20 CDs.

Online Subscriptions

• No delivery & handling charge applies.

Delivery Options

CCH works with 2 service providers to ensure effective delivery for domestic orders. CCH will choose which service provider is the best option for the customer.

eparcel

• eparcel is part of the Australia Post service.
• Individuals must be available to sign for the parcel on delivery.
• If nobody is available to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery, or if the address given is a PO Box, a card will be left advising the Australia Post location for pick-up.

Star-Track

• Star-Track is an independent courier service.
• Individuals must be available to sign for the parcel on delivery.
• Orders to be despatched via "Star-Track" must have a street address, not a PO Box address.
• If nobody is available to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery, a card will be left asking you to contact "Star-Track" to advise preferred redelivery date.

CCH works with a 3rd service provider to ensure delivery for overseas orders.

TNT Express

• An individual must be available to sign for the parcel on delivery.
• Orders to be despatched via "TNT Express" must have a street address, not a PO Box address.
• If nobody is available to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery, a card will be left asking you to contact "TNT Express" to advise preferred redelivery date.
